Take that extra step and incorporate your business to a Sole-proprietorship, Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), S-Corporation or C-Corporation. You complete a questionnaire then select which state followed by paying the fees. Our incorporation time is 5-8 business days. New York package includes: Article of incorporation, LLC Publication for 5 weeks (note: publication price is different in each borough), EIN number, and Sales tax ID). We need the following: A brief description of your services, how many partners, the address of incorporations (if you don't have one you can purchase a virtual business address), Your ID, SS # ( we will not sell or misused your information). New Jersey LLC: includes all of the above except for the LLC Publication for 5 weeks.
